Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time: Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days from dispatch.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping: We currently ship primarily within the UK. For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@littleflint.co.uk.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Little Flint bamboo knitting needle set, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Period: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return items for a full refund.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return:

• Contact us at hello@littleflint.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
• We'll provide you with return instructions and our returns address
• Securely package your item and send it back to us
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@littleflint.co.uk with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
